Electromobiles have begun the history with the invention of the first cart with the electromotor in 1841, but the greatest development have received only in the end of the last century in connection with such acute problems as air pollution and the high price for oil.
The most important advantages of electromobiles in front of cars with internal combustion engines - absence of air pollution, a low level of noise, high reliability and durability. Electromobiles differ in low cost of operation.
The governments of many countries have declared transition to electromobiles by 2015-2020, having approved of corresponding projects on electrotransport development in the big cities most suffering from air pollution.
Cost of operation of electromobiles is several times cheaper, than cars on usual fuel. In Russia, for example, electric power cost essentially is cheaper, than in other developed countries. Thus, cost of operation of an electromobile in Russia will be even more low. That does electromobiles very attractive to buyers.

The car will involve In a city cycle only a small part of an engine power that allows to replace all municipal motor-vehicle transport with electromobiles. Especially it is actual for municipal urban services – buses, small and average auto trucks for delivery of products etc. It will allow to lower air pollution in big cities and to reduce expenses on motor transport maintenance.
Last 10 years all world manufacturers of cars have saved up enough experience in manufacture of electromobiles and have presented in the market of model of the batch production, obtained the deserved recognition of buyers. The market of electromobiles promptly grows every year. According to probes IDTechEx, by 2015 the electrotransport market worldwide (including hybrid transport) will reach $227 billion.
Under forecasts of other analytical company PriceWaterhouseCoopers by 2015 world production of electromobiles will grow to 500 thousand pieces a year. The world leader on manufacture of electric transport is considered today China. So one of divisions of first automobile Chinese company FAW already makes and exports passenger electromobiles to the USA and other European countries. In laboratories FAW tests of pre-production models of truck are conducted and already the batch production in the near future will begin.
For development of non-polluting transport it is necessary to create an infrastructure on operation and repair of electromobiles first of all in big cities and further in other regions of Russia. Here possibility for favourable investment of the capital in a perspective direction for development of dealer and service stations on electromobiles also opens.
At the first stage of development of the project it is supposed to import already ready electromobiles from China and to serve at existing WIB service stations. Developed WIB service network allows to serve cars to 13 Russia big cities. The adjusted centralised training of WIB corporation in close cooperation with the Chinese manufacturers will allow quickly and to prepare qualitatively service engineers for repair and service of electromobiles.
