FAW Ranks 38th in World Top 500 Machinery Corporations

FAW Group ranks 38th in the "World Top 500 Machinery Corporations", according to the final result released at the Beijing Great Hall of the People on Jul 30.

"World Top 500 Machinery Corporations" is currently the first survey list to make comparison to the world machinery enterprises. The survey adopts the world popularized CVA designed by World Company Lab, analyzing corporation's data such as sales revenue, profit amount, asset profit margin, growth rate, and making general analysis integrated with the industry diversity and reputation index. The World Company Lab is now chaired by Nobel Prize winner Robert Mundell, and belonged to the World Executive Group.

China's 74 corporations enroll into the top 500 this year. The enrolled FAW Group, SAIC and DFM rank 38th, 51st, and 64th respectively. Other 71 enrolled China's corporations are followed by the above three companies. In terms of the total number of the enrolled corporations, Japan, with 125 enrolled corporations, surpasses the United States, ranking 1st for the first time. The second is the United States with124 enrolled corporations. China ranks the third. The 4rth to the 7th are Germany, France, Korea and Britain respectively.
